Its a Rui Mach and PhulKopi torkari actually. Did the basics, fry onions, add turmeric, chili, garlic and fried the fish in it. Covered it and towards the end added the cauliflower. Just before it was done added some cilantro.
I enjoy different tastes and try to eat something different every day. Even if i cannot make the actual meal completely different, I try different combinations of sides/ingrediants to make an interesting flavour and this is my journey :D enjoy and get hungry :D
After our first two posts it is interesting as both of us have prefer a large variety of cuisine and I start of with a sub continental dish and she starts off with a Italian pasta with a twist :D
